About the Role

We are hiring a full-time Social Media & Community Specialist to manage our daily presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Working from our office in Dripping Springs, TX 3 days a week, you will create daily graphics, edit short-form videos, manage community comments, schedule posts in HubSpot, and track performance.

Responsibilities
  • Design & Graphic Assets: Update branded Canva templates by swapping out text, imagery, colors, and layout elements for daily social posts.

  • Content Calendar & Scheduling: Review the social media calendar to select the right visuals for each post, and batch-schedule content using HubSpot.

  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions daily in a professional tone that reflects HHS standards.

  • Short-Form Video & GIFs: Edit raw video clips into Reels, TikToks, and animated GIFs using tools like CapCut or Canva.

  • HQ Content Capture: Walk the office to shoot quick, informal culture clips, staff spotlights, and trending videos on your phone.
