As the AI and Analytics Enablement Manager, you will lead Simplot's enterprise self-service analytics, automation, and AI capabilities. As Simplot continues to modernize its business systems, you will help ensure the company realizes the full value of these investments by enabling employees to use enterprise data, analytics, automation, and AI in their daily work.

In this role, you will act as a working manager, leading a team responsible for enablement, governance, administration, training, and support, while also partnering directly with business users to design and co-configure analytics and AI solutions.

A key responsibility of your role is refining and communicating architecture patterns, governance models, development standards, and support frameworks that allow users of varying skill levels to efficiently build and scale analytics and low-code AI solutions - from basic users who build simple reports to power users configuring complex custom Copilots and analytics solutions.

Success in this role requires strong people leadership, business partnership, technology expertise, and the ability to be both highly structured and agile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Agile practices to deliver services or solutions to the business in a structured and timely manner. Leverage project management practices to drive toward time-bound milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and present analyses to management (e.g., feasibility, cost/benefit studies, implementation plans). Identify budget and capacity requirements to successfully deliver and support the platform and service products provided by the team.
  • Facilitate change management among the team, department, and enterprise, demonstrating personal ownership and support of changes related to self-service analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Refine and partner with technology teams to implement approved architecture patterns for self-service analytics and low-code AI and automation solutions created with Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and related technologies. Continuously review architecture patterns as vendor technologies, platform capabilities and business needs evolve.
  • Ensure platform usage, capacity utilization, support demand, and solution health are proactively monitored and managed.
  • Establish metrics to measure adoption, business outcomes, and value delivered through self-service analytics, automation, and AI solutions.
  • Communicate platform performance, adoption trends, risks, and opportunities to business and technology leadership.

Solution Development

  • Partner directly with business users to identify opportunities and co-configure analytics, automation, and low-code AI solutions.
  • Develop reusable support assets, including templates, reference architectures, and implementation playbooks.
Typical Education

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience
  • 8+ years related experience leading analysts, consultants, developers, or technical professionals in a team, project, or capability leadership role.
  • Experience developing analytics, reporting, automation, application, or AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, or similar platforms
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Highly structured and process-oriented, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and adapt to evolving technologies and business needs
