The Air Dominance Finance Organization has an immediate opening for a Hardware Development Finance Leader (M5) within the Air Dominance Portfolio. The Hardware Development Finance Leader will focus on PUMA and Block Change efforts. This role provides a tremendous opportunity for a highly motivated individual to be the Finance Leader in a key area of growth within the Air Dominance portfolio. This individual will lead a team of 5 analysts to support EACs, Financial Reporting, CDRLs, key pursuits and ad hoc tasking. This is an exciting opportunity to work onsite to collaborate cross-functionally across PMO, OPS, SCM, ENG, and QMA as a critical business partner to analyze cost & schedule performance variances, identify performance trends, drive correct actions to closure, and improve predictability of the EAC process. An ideal individual for this role will be a strong communicator and team leader with a desire to learn, seek process improvements and efficiency opportunities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
  • Lead a team of 5 financial analysts
  • Be responsible for updates and conduct trend analysis and communicate how program performance impacts BSEC (Bookings, Sales, Earnings, & Cash).
  • Establish annual and long range financial targets and meet annual financial commitments
  • Support the EAC process by driving functional meetings and collaborating with functional counterparts to EAC inputs are analyzed and provided on schedule.
  • Coordinate & Communicate with SSBU and Program Finance teams to set expectations for EAC and forecast deliverables including flow down and deliverable timing & expectations.
  • Financial point of contact for Program Management and be able to provide financial guidance to IPT leads and non-finance organizations including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Meet critical deadlines and develop reports to encourage solutions and process improvements.
  • Support Ad-hoc requests as required.
Qualifications
  • You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelorโ€™s and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years experience
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (ex. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
