The Business Development Manager (BDM) will act as the front of the company in customer engagements, expand our customer base, and will develop and apply an effective Business Development strategy. The BDMโs main objective is to drive sustainable financial growth by forging strong relationships and thereby increasing sales with our customers. The BDM will educate customers about Marottaโs products and services as well as match customer needs with Marottaโs unique capabilities in order to increase business volume. The BDM will uncover opportunities in new or existing programs, contacting potential customers directly, and respond to customer needs, ultimately working with our technical and sales support teams, including local sales representation, to close new business. The successful BDM candidate will report to senior technical business development management.

This position is at our Parsippany, NJ office location.
Pay Range: $120,000 - $170,000 per year
