This ideal candidate will help develop new customers in USDepartment of War.Thecandidatewill lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be business development focused and have strong communication skills.Secret Clearance required.


Candidates MUST have the following experience

  • Strong background workingand developing businesswith government military customers, both CONUS and OCONUS
  • Experience inbusiness developmentfor full life-cyclesoftwaredevelopment
  • Government proposal experience
  • Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine or special operations
  • Uncrewed, Unmanned, UAV, UxV
  • Department of War (DoW)
  • Department of Defense (DoD)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify partnership opportunities
  • Monitor data searches for potential RFI and RFPs within Kutta's core competencies
  • Engage the Proposal Team to support new BD efforts
  • Brief potential customers on Kutta's capabilities and core competencies
  • Travel to support tradeshows and develop new business; strong presentation skills
  • Manage Business Development and Bids/Proposal Budgets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • 15+years prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
