Job description

ZoomInfo is seeking a Learning & Development Manager III who is AI-forward, technically fluent, and energized by building efficient, scalable learning experiences that improve employee performance. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on execution, optimization, and delivery across learning technology, onboarding, capability-building, and learning operations.

Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, this role will help bring L&D strategy to life through strong program execution, systems administration, facilitation, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable moving quickly from identified need to pilot or rollout. They are well versed in AI (agents, prompts, microapps, integrations). They are excited by using AI and technology as force multipliers, but grounded in practical application and day-to-day business impact.

This role is a strong fit for someone with 5 years of experience in new and non-traditional ways of working in learning & development, learning operations, HR, enablement, or a related function who enjoys building, facilitating, streamlining, and improving.The ideal candidate should be comfortable owning execution, managing details, supporting global learners, and partnering across teams to deliver scalable learning solutions that are well-run, measurable, and aligned to business needs.

WHAT EXECUTION LOOKS LIKE

When a skill gap emerges, you help assess the need, coordinate the right stakeholders, and launch a solution in an efficient manner. TECHNOLOGY, AI & LEARNING OPERATIONS

Support and optimize ZoomInfo's learning technology ecosystem with an emphasis on efficiency, practicality, scalability, and AI-native solutions.

  • Administer and optimize core learning platforms and tools, including Tangelo, LinkedIn Learning, and other AI-enabled learning technologies
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team and key stakeholders to implement and improve AI-powered learning experiences such as chatbots, agents, adaptive learning flows, and workflow automations
  • Serve as a key day-to-day resource for learning systems administration, including setup, configuration, assignment logic, learner support, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Help evaluate new learning technologies and AI use cases with a focus on practical application, adoption, and business value
  • Identify opportunities to streamline learning operations through automation, improved workflows, and better system utilization
  • Support integrations, configurations, testing, and enhancements across the learning technology stack
ANALYTICS, MEASUREMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Use data to support learning effectiveness, inform decisions, and improve programs over time.

  • Track and report on key learning metrics across onboarding, compliance, and capability-building initiatives
  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting that connect learning activity to learner engagement, completion, and selected business outcomes
  • Monitor learner feedback and program performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with stakeholders to share insights, highlight trends, and recommend practical enhancements

CAPABILITY BUILDING & PROGRAM EXECUTION

Support capability development by translating business needs and L&D strategy into scalable, well-executed learning solutions.

  • Partner with the Learning & Development team and business stakeholders to implement learning programs that address skill gaps and support employee performance
  • Help design and launch scalable learning solutions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, role readiness, and development experiences
  • Translate identified learning needs into structured programs, learning paths, resources, and reinforcement plans
  • Coordinate pilots and program rollouts, track progress, and iterate based on feedback and results
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by helping embed knowledge-sharing and skill developmentย  embedded in the flow of work
COMPLIANCE & LEARNING PLATFORM ADMINISTRATION

Own the operational execution of required training and core learning processes.

  • Assign, review, and manage mandatory compliance training for new hires and existing employees globally
  • Track learner progress and follow up on overdue training through automation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
  • Maintain accurate training records and generate completion reports and dashboards for leadership and audit needs
  • Upload and manage courses, enrollments, learner groups, and assignment rules within learning platforms
  • Help ensure learning operations are consistent, efficient, and scalable across regions
CONTENT DESIGN, DELIVERY & FACILITATION

Design and facilitate effective learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and aligned to adult learning principles.

  • Design learner-centered experiences using a mix of blended learning, microlearning, and AI-powered delivery
  • Facilitate onboarding, skills training, and development sessions for new hires, peers, and individual contributors as needed
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective, usable learning experiences
  • Support rapid prototyping of minimum-viable learning solutions and improve them based on feedback and observed impact
STAKEHOLDER PARTNERSHIP & PROGRAM COORDINATION

Build strong working relationships that support smooth execution and program adoption.

  • Partner with HR, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to coordinate learning initiatives and support adoption
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on timelines, logistics, learner progress, and program updates
  • Help manage end-to-end execution for learning rollouts, including scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-through
  • Coordinate with vendors or external partners as needed to support delivery and operations
  • Surface risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities proactively
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, learning operations, HR, enablement, or a related function
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience administering and optimizing LMS or digital learning platforms
  • Experience building AI solutions that drive operational efficiency, people experience, and business outcomes.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, dashboard development, and data-informed decision-making
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proven ability to support onboarding, enablement, or capability-building programs in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Ability to connect learning activity to employee performance and communicate impact clearly to stakeholders
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and moving quickly from concept to execution
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company or startupย
