Our reputation for quality, integrity, and outstanding client service has made us a trusted partner for leading organizations in senior living, affordable housing, hospitality, commercial real estate, and other commercial markets.

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence by developing new client relationships, strengthening strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth. • Collaborate closely with Estimating, Preconstruction, and Operations teams to develop winning project strategies and deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to build and strengthen client relationships.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of successful business development or sales experience in commercial construction, commercial real estate, development, architecture, engineering, or a related B2B industry.
  • Proven success developing new business, growing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals.
  • An established network of contacts within the Hospitality and/or Commercial Real Estate markets is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
