Job description


Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team! $75,000 base draw against commission. $87.50 paid per billable hour for hands on work performed. Exceptional commission paid for project management on all assigned calls and projects. NO CAP ON COMMISIIONS! Job performance includes hands on repairs and installation, estimating, material take offs, supervising, inspection, pulling permits and city inspector meetings. Must have truck/van, tools, and positive attitude toward all calls big or small. Benefits and retirement options available. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and commercial environments. 

You must be; a licensed Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. A team player who is comfortable working independently, love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! 

Responsibilities
  • Fluent or Intermediate English and Spanish is preferred. 
  • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
  • Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand or power tools
  • Plan the layout of plumbing, using drawings
  • Perform maintenance of water supply systems
  • Install and maintain gas and liquid heating systems
  • Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses 
Qualifications
  • Valid Plumbing License
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience 
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
  • Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
