Aspen Contracting is seeking a driven and experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a high-performance field team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in the field. This position is not entry-level. Candidates must have prior experience in door-to-door (D2D), canvassing, outside sales, or field team leadership and understand the expectations of working in a field-based role.

The Field Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining structure, and holding team members accountable while leading from the front.

This team operates with a high level of professionalism, discipline, and clear communication. Expectations are high, and consistency is key.
Office 114 – Lexington Market

Report To Office:

3055 Lexington Road, Unit B
 Nicholasville, KY 40356
Hiring throughout the Greater Lexington area and surrounding Kentucky communities.
Important: This position services the Lexington market. While much of your time will be spent in the field managing and supporting team members, you will report to the Nicholasville office for meetings, planning, training, and business-related activities.
Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)
Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Incentives
Pay Structure: Weekly Pay
Training: Leadership Training Provided

Schedule:
Full-Time, including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends as business needs require
Travel: Local travel throughout the Lexington market
Experience: Previous D2D, Canvassing, Outside Sales, or Field Leadership experience required

What You'll Do
As a Field Manager, you'll lead a team of field representatives while actively participating in daily field operations. This role requires coaching, accountability, performance management, and leadership by example.
  •  Lead and manage daily operations of a field-based canvassing and sales team. 
  •  Maintain an active in-field presence, working alongside team members. 
  •  Drive door-to-door lead generation and territory execution. 
  •  Train, coach, and develop team members on: 
    •  Pitch delivery 
    •  Appointment setting 
    •  Customer interactions 
  •  Monitor and manage performance metrics including: 
    •  Doors knocked 
    •  Appointments set 
    •  Conversion rates 
  •  Hold team members accountable to activity and performance expectations. 
  •  Ensure alignment with company processes, standards, and expectations. 
  •  Support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts. 
  •  Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Leadership teams. 
  •  Maintain professionalism in all customer-facing and team interactions.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in one or more of the following:
    •  Door-to-door (D2D) sales 
    •  Canvassing / field marketing 
    •  Outside sales 
    •  Field team leadership 
  •  Experience working in a performance-driven environment 
  •  CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  •  Strong leadership and organizational skills 
  •  Valid Driver's License 
  •  Reliable transportation 
  •  Ability to work outdoors and travel throughout assigned territories 
  •  Roofing industry experience 
  •  Construction experience 
  •  Storm restoration experience 
  •  Home services experience 
  •  Previous management experience 
  •  Experience with KPI tracking and sales metrics
