Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic practices aimed at improving the emotional and mental well-being of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions, assessing clients' needs, and developing treatment plans that are tailored to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and concerns related to separation and divorce.
• Facilitating sessions with family members to provide holistic support and foster healthy relationships within the family unit.
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in accordance with practice policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and integrate treatment approaches, ensuring a comprehensive support system for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work at Soul Canvas Healing will focus on a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will support individuals dealing with life adjustments, family dynamics, and various psychological issues, working to foster resilience and promote personal growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a passion for helping individuals and families navigate their challenges.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
