Do you have a passion for food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? We're looking for a Cook to join our team and help deliver exceptional meals and dining experiences for our guests and employees.
In this role, you'll prepare and cook menu items, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to menu planning, assist with inventory and ordering, and help create a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Sceduling flexability
  • Previous kitchen or cooking experience
  • Washington State Food Handler's Card
  • Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License
