If you've got a green thumb, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for cannabis cultivation, we want you on our team! As a Cannabis Farm Worker, you'll play a vital role in caring for our plants from veg to harvest, helping ensure top-tier quality from seed to sale.
This isn't your typical desk job-expect fresh air (indoors!), hands-on work, and the satisfaction of helping grow something great every single day.What You'll Be Doing
Get ready to dive into plant care and facility upkeep with responsibilities like:
  • ✂ Pruning, tucking, and training plants for optimal growth
  • 🌱 Supporting plants through every stage of life-from veg to bloom to harvest
  • 💧 Mixing and applying nutrients and other inputs
  • 🧼 Sanitizing rooms and equipment to keep everything clean and compliant
  • 🔧 Helping with grow room setups and environmental controls
  • ✂ Assisting with harvests and post-harvest prep
  • 🧪 Supporting R&D projects that push the plant game forward
  • Jumping in to help the cultivation team wherever needed
What You Bring to the Grow
Age Requirement:
  • Must be 21 years or older

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience in agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis cultivation is a plus
  • If you're hardworking and eager to learn, we'll teach you the rest!
Physical Abilities
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
  • Stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Perform repetitive hand movements (trimming, tucking, etc.)
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Occasionally climb, crouch, or crawl
  • Have full color vision and visual acuity (plants don't lie!)

  • Some exposure to cleaning agents or fertilizers
  • Work takes place in a two-story warehouse environment; candidates must be comfortable using stairs regularly and working at heights (such as on upper levels or mezzanines).
