If so, we'd love to hear from you! About the Role A JARS Delivery Driver is the face of JARS on the road. You are responsible for transporting cannabis orders from our retail store directly to our customers' doors in a safe, compliant, and timely manner. This role requires someone who is comfortable spending a significant portion of their shift behind the wheel, navigating routes efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and regulatory compliance. Job Duties Pick up completed orders from the dispatch team and deliver to customers in an efficient and timely manner Follow all state and CRA (Cannabis Regulatory Agency) compliance rules and policies during every delivery Verify customer identification and information upon delivery per CRA rules and regulations Accurately verify cash amounts and collect payment during transactions when applicable Review orders before and after delivery to confirm they are complete, correctly charged, and the customer is satisfied Maintain timely and effective communication with the dispatch team when issues arise while on the road Manage all documents associated with cannabis delivery, ensuring manifests are completed and returned ready for filing Promote JARS customer perks including the Loyalty Program, referrals, and promotions Escalate customer issues to upper management when appropriate Maintain a positive, caring attitude and treat customers and co-workers with respect Follow all JARS company policies and procedures in all on-the-job interactions Work scheduled shifts and adhere to the company's attendance policy Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license required High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a retail, sales, or hospitality environment Minimum 1 year of delivery experience preferred, but not required Familiarity with cannabis strains and applications preferred Ability to handle fast-paced situations and multi-task effectively Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable with prolonged driving and extended time on the road Basic math skills required Company Provides Company vehicle (unmarked) GPS and vehicle safety system Company cell phone (for delivery use only) Work Schedule & Physical Demands Significant time driving to and from customer locations and the retail store Frequent contact with customers during deliveries Varied hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and events as needed 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay: Hourly Why JARS Cannabis?
