Retail Supervisors are leading the World's Best Team. These team members oversee the team and daily store operations with providing the World's Best Customer Experience as the top priority. These leaders are the ultimate multi-taskers. They must ensure every piece of the puzzle is working smoothly to ensure the store operations are functioning at max performance. They lead by example and coach our team members to achieve success. Our retail store is a high energy environment, and you feel that as soon as you walk in the door. These leaders are ready to jump into the fast past and tackle every day with a positive attitude. On any given day you may interact with hundreds of customers, from children to grandparents, everyone loves Albanese so you never know who you will get the opportunity to meet and personally impact. This team is always hustling and refusing to settle for anything less than World's Best, however, we are a candy store, so we certainly do have fun!

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct shift resource allocation and assignments for designated work environment. Ensure Customer Service expectations, efficient work output, and company policies and procedures are being met.
  • Direct task/job activities
  • Lead task/job start, hand-off, and completion activities
  • Lead and support staff in special customer transactions
  • Verify and direct job reporting activities
  • Actively motivates team members to perform at their best.
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and inquiries. These services may be done in person, via phone, and via e-mail.
  • Share customer requests and feedback with management to ensure we are providing the best customer experience possible.
  • Train and evaluate personnel on policies and procedures.
  • Merchandise displays with customer experience in mind.\
  • Perform or guide team members in receiving merchandise from internal warehouses or outside vendors to ensure proper quantity and quality.
  • Oversee operational needs and communicate them with management.
  • Support and coordinate safety, quality and maintenance activities with other team leaders and supervisors
  • Review, correct, and report team member work performance issues
  • Coach team member compliance with quality, HACCP, GMP and food safety standards
  • Coach team member compliance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - team player
  • Hard worker who is a self-starter and proactive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have impeccable organizational skills and be detailed oriented
  • Must have proficiency in business math
  • Interacting With Computers- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet Navigation, other basic desktop programs
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours or more with applicable breaks.
  • Leadership Experience is a plus
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Weekend availability.

EDUCATION
  • Must have a High School Diploma or a G.E.D.
