Position Summary
The Baker 2 Team Member is an intermediate-level position on the Bake team with increased experience, skills, and responsibilities of a Baker 1. The Bake team’s goal is to bake and produce all inclusions and variegates for the finished ice cream. The Baker 2 Team Member contributes to production by producing quality inclusions, variegates and moms for our ice cream by following recipes and the daily production schedule. This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to food safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Joining Our Team
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years working in commercial food preparation, manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment. 
  • 6+ months baking experience. 
  • Knowledge of pertinent local, federal, and state health and safety laws and regulations.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  

Knowledge and Critical Skills: 
  • Fluency in English.  
  • Good counting and math skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers. 
  • Comfortable working on a team in a manufacturing facility with other teams. 
  • Ability to uphold a high standard of service, efficiency, sanitation, and safety. 
  • Possess general knowledge of pastry skills and candy making.
