Impact You'll Make

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies supporting Client Services & Operations and the firm's long-term business objectives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent market conditions, organizational needs, and hiring priorities.

  • Set standards for operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle, including scalable processes, service expectations, performance measures, and recruiting best practices.

  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing recruiting team with clear accountability, strong business partnership, and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Advance the use of modern recruiting practices, AI-enabled technology, and automation to improve how the team identifies talent, manages recruiting workflows, and supports hiring decisions.

  • Use recruiting analytics, competitive intelligence, and external market data to provide senior leaders with actionable insights and improve hiring outcomes.

  • Partner with Operational Groups and internal stakeholders on employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that strengthen Stout's position in the talent market and attract qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and continuously improve full-cycle recruiting processes to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner with executive and senior business leaders to develop hiring strategies that support business growth, workforce needs, and evolving talent requirements.

  • Establish, monitor, and report on recruiting KPIs, workforce analytics, and dashboards to assess performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.

  • Lead workforce planning discussions, identify current and future talent gaps, and build strong pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.

  • Evaluate and implement recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled platforms and automation tools, to improve sourcing, candidate identification, screening support, workflow management, and recruiting efficiency.

  • Use AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to improve talent research, market intelligence, candidate engagement, recruiting analytics, and preparation of recruiting-related materials while maintaining appropriate human oversight.

  • Identify opportunities to automate administrative and repeatable recruiting activities so the team can spend more time on candidate relationships, stakeholder partnership, and strategic talent initiatives.

  • Establish appropriate practices for the responsible use of AI within Talent Acquisition, including attention to data privacy, candidate experience, bias, compliance, and human review.

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and established standards.

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that strengthen recruiting processes, candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, and overall Talent Acquisition performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and experience leading a recruiting team at the managerial or senior level.

  • Proven experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.

  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruiting data, market information, and workforce trends into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

  • Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including executive and senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and related Talent Acquisition technologies.

  • Experience evaluating or implementing technology that improves recruiting processes, team productivity, or the candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools and emerging technology to improve productivity, talent research, sourcing, recruiting analytics, workflow automation, and decision support.

  • Preferred experience with AI-enabled Talent Acquisition applications, such as candidate sourcing and matching, market intelligence, recruiting automation, analytics, or process improvement.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000.00-$160,000.00 annually. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Available benefits are based on eligibility. Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of options, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and access to other wellness-focused benefits. Depending on employment category, Stout offers Personal Time Off per calendar year based on standard work hours and years of service or Discretionary Time Off.
