Pacific Coast Producers | Full-Time | On-Site | Non-Exempt
Pay Range:
$21 to $26.50/hourly (based on experience)

Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking two detail-oriented Inventory and Shipping Clerks (one for Day Shift and one for Swing Shift) to join our brand new Distribution Center in Woodland, CA. PCP is dedicated to investing in its people and fostering a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America. This facility is a year-round labeling and shipping operation with approximately 70 employees and three production lines.


What Youโ€™ll Do:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the flow of goods and inventory accuracy and:

  • Perform daily and monthly inventory reconciliations in JD Edwards to ensure 100% accuracy of on-hand product.
  • Investigate and report any inventory shortages, overages, or losses immediately to keep records current.
  • Process sales orders and prepare all outbound paperwork, double-checking for accuracy before any truck leaves the dock.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to schedule truck dispatches, making sure our products actually get out the door on time.
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers and internal teams to quickly fix any paperwork errors, material shortages, or delivery issues.
  • Generate daily and monthly inventory reports to help the management team track performance.
  • Handle the receipt and documentation of supplies and raw materials, confirming everything arrived as ordered.
  • Maintain precise records for audit purposes and ensure all inventory is properly stored and accounted for according to company SOPs.


Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in inventory control, shipping, receiving, or industrial accounting.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ERP systems (WMS & JD Edwards preferred).
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with production scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to handle high-volume communication.
  • Ability to work the designated shift (Day Shift: 7:00am to 4:00pm or Swing Shift: 3:30pm-12:30am).


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent physical activity includes sitting, walking, using a keyboard, touching, hearing, and speaking.
  • Moderate physical activity includes standing, stooping, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.

Pay Range: $21 to $26.50/hourly (based on experience). This is a full-time, on-site role based at our distribution center in Woodland, CA.

The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:
