Hyperion Support - Onsite Coordinator


Long term on-site position at Miami, Florida.


Associate will be responsible for -


1. Administration & Support activities related to Hyperion EPM workspace, Hyperion Interactive Reporting & Hyperion Essbase v11.x


2. Upgrade of Hyperion EPM products from v11.1.x to 11.1.2


3. Handling and taking ownership of any Support tickets during US time frame


4. Making sure that Hyperion environment is up and running (monitoring services and job execution)


5. Coordination between CCL Hyperion team, client's offshore team, CCL Business, DW and IT teams


6. Effort estimation of capital projects with BI team


7. Understanding the customer requirements and letting the client's Offshore team perform tasks based on deadlines


8. Status reporting to client & client's management


9. Providing training and KT to offshore team


10. Providing new ideas and best practices thereby helping client's to grab more opportunities in Hyperion BI space.


Associate should have strong exp (7+ years) in Hyperion Interactive Reporting (Java Scripting & Scheduling), Hyperion Essbase (Planning will be a plus), Support related activities and Team coordination.


Should possess good communication skills and excellent customer handling skills
