Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN Case Manager for an Acute Care Facility in California. This role requires a strong background in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient assessment within an acute care hospital setting. Candidates must have recent case management experience and prior travel experience.
 

Important: This position does not involve Utilization Review responsibilities.

Assignment Details
  • Position: RN Case Manager
  • Start Date: 07/13/2026
  • Shift: Days, 5x8-Hour Shifts
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend
  • Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:25
  • Floating Requirement: Must float to the Laguna facility as needed
  • Block Scheduling: Not Available
Required QualificationsLicensure
  • Active California RN License required
  • BLS
Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Acute Care Case Management experience
  • Recent Care Coordination experience required (within the last 3 months)
  • Previous Travel Assignment experience required (Hard Stop)
  • Epic EMR experience required (Hard Stop)
