Job description

Digital Marketing Manager (Integrated Campaigns)

Ghent, Belgium

Our Mission: Why Lighthouse?

At Lighthouse, weโ€™re on a mission to revolutionize commercial strategy as hospitalityโ€™s most powerful AI platform. We take the world's largest hotel data network and transform it into real-time intelligence that drives action. We don't just deliver insights; we empower businesses to make decisions that move revenue.

With $370M in Series C funding and over $100M in ARR, we are scaling at lightspeed. Our 850+ teammates across 35 countries aren't just building softwareโ€”they are leveraging cutting-edge AI to help hoteliers be the first to act. Tens of thousands of hotels across 185 countries trust Lighthouse to execute their commercial strategy, including every one of the top 15 global chains and thousands of independent hotels that consistently outperform their markets. With Lighthouse AI, the intelligence gets deeper. Decisions get smarter. Actions get faster. We help hoteliers be first to act.

Lighthouse Values: Our guiding light

We are Lumineers . Our shared values keep us on a collaborative path fostering a cultural and customer centric environment

  • Pursuit of greatness : Weโ€™re innovators who care deeply about our customersโ€™ success. Our team brings their best work, stays curious, and delivers excellence through attention to detail

  • Meaningful work matters : We make every moment count by knowing what to deliver, why it matters, and how it drives Lighthouse forward

  • Elevate each other : We donโ€™t just work together - we grow together. What unites us is understanding each other as people and working toward shared goals

Weโ€™re more than just a workplace โ€“ weโ€™re a community. Collaborative, fun, and deeply committed, we work hard together to revolutionize the hospitality sector. Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industryโ€™s most exciting rocket-ship?

What you will do

Youโ€™ll own the digital campaign execution for Lighthouse products focused on marketers at hotel chains and groups globally. This means youโ€™ll set up landing pages, build email workflows, manage campaigns across multiple channels, and coordinate messaging across dozens of touchpoints, from the website and organic social to paid media and events. Youโ€™ll work handsโ€‘on in HubSpot and other marketing tools to build assets and launch campaigns.

What sets this role apart is the strategic scope combined with handsโ€‘on execution. Youโ€™re not just running campaigns; youโ€™re inserting Lighthouse into the conversation about what hotel marketers should be doing with AI and digital strategy. Youโ€™ll collaborate closely with product marketing, content, design, and sales to align messaging and drive real business outcomesโ€”MQLs, SQLs, and closedโ€‘won revenue.

Youโ€™ll join a team thatโ€™s ahead of most organizations when it comes to AI adoption. Youโ€™ll use Claude and other AI tools daily to streamline content creation and campaign ideation. Youโ€™ll have the chance to shape how a wellโ€‘established brand in hospitality expands its reach.

Where you will have impact

  • Own the digital campaign calendar for Chains & Groups. Youโ€™ll manage the full execution calendar for the Direct Plan segment, ensuring campaigns launch on time and coordinate across channels. This is the core of the roleโ€”taking strategic direction and making it live.

  • Drive measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics. Youโ€™ll dig into pipeline numbers, conversion rates, and closedโ€‘won revenue. Youโ€™ll understand whatโ€™s actually driving business results versus what just looks good on a dashboard, and youโ€™ll optimize based on real performance data.

  • Coordinate messaging across dozens of channels. From the website and organic social to paid media, events, and beyond, youโ€™ll ensure Lighthouseโ€™s message lands consistently and is tailored for different regions. Youโ€™ll work with content, design, product marketing, and paid media teams to keep everything aligned.

  • Build and launch campaigns in marketing automation and CMS platforms. Youโ€™ll go handsโ€‘on in HubSpot to set up email workflows, landing pages, and lead capture. Youโ€™ll also work in CMS platforms like WordPress or Storyblok to push campaigns live on the backend, not just hand off requirements.

  • Understand the global hotel marketer audience inside and out. Youโ€™ll own the strategy for who we should target, how messaging should differ across regions, and which segments are eligible for which products. This deep audience knowledge directly shapes campaign strategy and targeting decisions.

  • Explore and implement AIโ€‘powered campaign workflows. Youโ€™ll use Claude, Clay, and other AI tools to personalize campaigns at scale, generate ideas, and streamline content creation. Youโ€™ll help the team move from manual processes to AIโ€‘assisted efficiency.

About our team

Lighthouse Marketing is a global team of creative thinkers who blend the art and science of marketing to amplify the brand, drive revenue, and deliver great marketing experiences. We work across timeโ€‘zones, we focus on the metrics that matter, and we push each other to continually raise the bar. We embrace a customerโ€‘first approach to marketing and continually look for points of friction in the funnel that marketing can help to solve. We are on the lookout for new growth levers, we encourage experimentation, and we embrace a culture of learning and growth.

What's in it for you?

  • Flexible working environment: Work from home or at one of our global offices.

  • Flexible time off: Autonomy to manage your workโ€‘life balance.

  • Collaborative team: Highโ€‘bar, friendly, creative, and passionate colleagues.

  • Career development: Workshops, frameworks, tools, training, and processes to realize your full potential.

  • Impactful work: Shape products relied on 85,000+ users worldwide.

  • Mobility options: Mobility budget or company car (based on your job category).

  • Competitive compensation: Proactively maintained to value your work.

  • Net allowance: to support home office related expenses.

  • Comprehensive health insurance: Extensive coverage for you and your dependents.

  • Pension funding: Group insurance to secure your future.

  • Referral bonuses: Earn rewards for bringing in new talent.

Who you are

  • You have 3-5 years of B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience, with handsโ€‘on campaign execution. Youโ€™ve gone into marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot and launched emails yourselfโ€”not just handed off briefs.

  • Youโ€™re numbersโ€‘driven and fluent in marketing metrics. You understand MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and closedโ€‘won revenue. You can talk about conversion rates and business impact, not just impressions and site sessions.

  • Youโ€™ve built multiโ€‘channel campaigns endโ€‘toโ€‘end. Youโ€™ve coordinated across email, landing pages, content, design, and paid media. Youโ€™re comfortable managing multiple concurrent campaigns without dropping details.

  • Youโ€™re a builder and methodical executor. You thrive in handsโ€‘on workโ€”setting up workflows, configuring systems, testing, and optimizing. Youโ€™re not just strategic; you make things happen.

  • Youโ€™re collaborative and can work across departments. You partner with product marketing, content, design, sales, and operations teams. You communicate clearly and align stakeholders around shared goals.

  • Youโ€™re curious about AI and comfortable using it as a practical tool. Youโ€™ve used Claude, ChatGPT, or other LLMs to help with your work. You see AI as a way to streamline your dayโ€‘toโ€‘day, not as a threat.
