Lead Our Brand. Inspire Connections. Make an Impact.
Are you a strategic marketing professional who enjoys building brands, driving engagement, and turning ideas into results? Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team onsite at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, WI.
In this role, you'll help lead the marketing team while bringing marketing strategies and initiatives to life. You'll partner closely with the SVP of Marketing, collaborate across the organization, and help strengthen our brand, grow engagement, and create meaningful experiences for our members and communities.
If you're a collaborative leader who enjoys developing people, managing projects, and making an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Your day may include developing campaign strategies, analyzing marketing performance, managing budgets and timelines, improving processes, and identifying opportunities to strengthen the member experience and overall effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys developing talent, managing multiple priorities, and combining creativity with data-driven insights to achieve results.

  • Experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to comply with government regulations and requirements impacting the credit union industry.

Ready to Make an Impact?
Join Kohler Credit Union and bring your marketing expertise, leadership, and ideas to an organization that values innovation, collaboration, and meaningful member experiences. If you're ready to lead a talented team, strengthen our brand, and help shape the future of our marketing strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
