Job Summary: The Campaign Manager reports to the Managing Director, Marketing, and is part of a diverse team of marketing professionals who work together to execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience translating business objectives into marketing strategy, prioritizing work, developing clear briefs, and aligning cross-functional teams around campaign goals, audiences, messaging, channel strategy, and success measures, as these will be your primary responsibilities and an important part of achieving desired business outcomes. You will ensure campaigns are strategically sound, clearly scoped, and ready for execution through defined workflow and stakeholder alignment. You will be valued for your close partnership across Brand & Content, Digital, Insights, Marketing Operations, and for your leadership of campaign execution and coordination to translate strategy into reality. The person in this role also: Establishes work processes for team members and ensures a high-level customer service is delivered and promotes and fosters teamwork across all areas of INTRUST. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Maintains strict standards of confidentiality and performs duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

• Effectively manage others by consistently applying INTRUST’s supervisor and manager expectations: relationship management; feedback; coaching and development; establishing effective work culture expectations; critical thinking; business acumen; and resource management. 

Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Lead the development of integrated campaign strategies aligned to business goals, customer needs, and brand standards.

• Translate business objectives into clear, actionable campaign briefs that define audience, messaging direction, channel strategy, timing, and success measures.

• Partner with Insights to incorporate customer understanding, market context, and performance learnings into campaign strategies.

• Ensure campaigns are strategically defined, clearly scoped, and ready to move into execution.

Intake, Prioritization & Alignment

• Own the intake process for all campaign requests.

• Evaluate and prioritize campaign opportunities based on business impact, capacity, and strategic alignment.

• Facilitate alignment across Brand & Content, Digital, PR, Insights, and Operations.

• Communicate priorities, decisions, timelines, expectations and key milestones to stakeholders.

Cross Functional Leadership

• Serve as the strategic lead for campaign planning.

• Lead campaign kickoff meetings and ensure everyone is aligned on objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles, and success measures.

• Partner with the Campaign Execution Manager to ensure work is appropriately sequenced and supported by a clear execution plan.

• Make informed decisions when priorities shift and provide strategic direction throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Vendor Coordination

• Provide strategic direction to external partners.

• Ensure partners receive complete briefs, requirements, and context.

• Review strategic deliverables and ensure alignment to brand, insights, and business goals.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on vendor performance and contract governance.

Performance & Optimization

• Partner with Insights and Digital to define KPIs and measurement plans.

• Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

• Document learnings and integrate them into future planning.

• Support quarterly and annual performance reviews with leadership.

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field required. 5–7 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing required. 3-5 years of experience managing people required. Experience working with cross functional teams and external agencies required. Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills. Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Understanding of integrated marketing channels and campaign workflows. Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions. Experience developing briefs and leading cross functional teams. Familiarity with workflow/project management tools. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
