Friends For Kathy Hochul: Scheduler

Friends for Kathy Hochul is seeking a full-time scheduler for the campaign of New York State's first female Governor, Kathy Hochul. The role supports the principal, surrogates, and campaign staff through effective scheduling, logistics, and program-facing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary campaign scheduler for the principal and running mate, including working across departments to determine priorities, finalizing travel arrangements, and coordinating with the security detail
  • Develop and execute processes for all meeting requests and event invitations, and maintain an archive and tracking system for scheduling requests
  • Communicate regularly with staff regarding changes or updates to the calendar
  • Support briefing needs, including review, coordination, and dissemination of materials
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a principal's schedule is required
  • Must be willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
