Growth Operations Manager - Dealership

About Vehlo

We started Vehlo in 2019 with a simple goal: to be the industry’s favorite provider of repair shop technology.

Across every part of the auto repair industry, Vehlo is igniting vehicle service success with software and financial solutions that unlock your potential. Our founder-led products power the entire service lane experience and keep customers coming back with streamlined tools that help you handle communication, workflow automation, touchless payments, valet pickup, and much more. We’re out to simplify the customer journey from start to finish and give power back to the people under the hood, making their jobs easier and your shop more profitable —just ask our over 30,000 customers, who generate more than 50M annual repair orders. At Vehlo, our only purpose is your success, and together, we’re reaching your goals faster than ever.

Being a Veep comes with more than a comprehensive benefits package—our biggest benefit is opportunity: Opportunity to make an impact, opportunity for growth, and opportunity for recognition and rewards. This is not a mega-corporation where you wonder what people are doing all day - every Veep is moving the ball forward day in, day out for our customers or for each other.

About This Role

We are seeking a curious, motivated Growth Operations Manager to join our team and take on a generalist mandate focused on operational support, with a layer of enablement, for our customer facing teams in the Dealership division. This is a great fit for someone early in their career, including candidates stepping into their first role of this kind, who want to learn the full revenue engine from the inside. Reporting to the Director of Growth Operations, you will help own the day-to-day systems, processes, content, and support that keep our customer-facing teams running, making sure people are ramped, tools are adopted, processes are followed, and signal flows back into how we operate. This is a true generalist role: in a single week, you might troubleshoot a workflow in one of our prospect and client engagement tools, organize content and resources for our customer-facing teams, refresh a section of an onboarding guide, and pull together a KPI summary for leadership. You will partner across marketing, product, customer-facing teams, and customer success to keep the end-to-end motion running smoothly and translate data into the next process improvement or support program. We will invest in your training and growth, and
we expect you to bring curiosity, hustle, and ownership in return.

What You’ll Do:

Operational Support & Team Enablement

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to customer-facing teams, helping them navigate processes, tools, and resources so they can focus on the customer in front of them.
  • Help maintain and refresh onboarding materials and continuous learning resources for new and tenured members of customer-facing teams across the Dealership division.
  • Develop working knowledge of our end-to-end customer-facing processes and the tools that support them, and stay current on practical approaches to operational efficiency and support. Vehlo is not a status quo environment.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer-facing teams, frontline managers, product, and marketing, partnering to remove friction, improve adoption, and keep day-to-day work running smoothly.

Systems, Tools & Content Operations

  • Help administer and drive adoption of our prospect and client engagement tools, which our customer-facing teams rely on for training, operational efficiency, and support. Make sure each tool earns its seat and the data flows cleanly between them.

  • Partner with product and marketing to package and deploy content and resources (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, playbooks, job aids, demo scripts, customer stories) into our content tools for product launches, campaign launches, event support, and GTM initiatives, with clear ownership aligned to Subject Owners, version control, and usage tracking.
  • Build and maintain cadences, templates, and workflows in our engagement tools that match the customer journey, support customer-facing teams in driving live conversation volume, and use engagement data to help refine processes and messaging in partnership with leadership.
  • Serve as a Tier-1 point of contact for customer-facing teams on process and tech-stack questions, maintaining clear escalation paths and self-serve guides so the team knows exactly where to go when they’re blocked.

GTM Execution

  • Partner with marketing to support campaigns and field initiatives end-to-end, translating marketing programs into ready-to-execute motions for customer-facing teams and feeding outcomes back into the next iteration.

  • Own tradeshow and event follow-up, including badge-scan ingestion, lead routing, and timely outreach so every conversation at an event becomes a tracked opportunity in pipeline.
  • Build reports and dashboards in our CRM that track campaign performance, event ROI, and outbound effectiveness, and surface what’s working to marketing and GTM leadership.
  • Build and refine outbound target lists in partnership with marketing and customer-facing teams, sourcing and enriching accounts and contacts so the team spends their time on the right opportunities.

Process, Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with GTM leadership and the Senior Director of Growth Operations for Dealership to map, instrument, and refine the end-to-end Dealership customer-facing process from lead handoff to closed-won and help identify where systems or process changes will move the needle.

  • Partner with the Transformation & Development team across the full lifecycle of process and system improvements (discovery, development, testing, and deployment), bringing the field perspective into requirements, validating builds in UAT, and owning rollout, training, and change management for customer-facing teams.
  • Help establish and track the KPIs that matter (ramp time, tool adoption, content usage, process compliance, response times, pipeline conversion) and turn them into actionable insights for customer-facing teams, managers, and the executive team.
  • Become a power user of every tool in our stack (our prospect and client engagement tools, CRM, and adjacent systems) and help design adoption initiatives that close the gap between license and usage.
  • Measure the effectiveness of every process change and support initiative, and iterate based on data, team feedback, and what the operational signals are telling us.

What You’ll Need:

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in a B2B SaaS, sales, marketing, or operations environment. We will train the right generalist.
  • Curiosity about how a modern B2B sales motion runs end-to-end across content, tools, training, process, and the data that ties it together.
  • A bias toward measurable outcomes. You think about your work in terms of metrics like win rate, quota attainment, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, and rep productivity, even if you have not owned them yet.
  • Comfort with Salesforce or a similar CRM, or the appetite to get there quickly, willing to dig into reports, dashboards, and basic admin work to answer your own questions.
  • Organized, detail-oriented work habits. You will help keep content, learning, and sales engagement systems clean as they scale.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to get in the trenches with reps and frontline managers.
  • Availability to occasionally travel (less than 10%).
  • Background in sales enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or growth operations.
  • Direct experience supporting sellers: training, onboarding, content, or operations.
  • Exposure to tools like Salesloft, Outreach, Orum, Highspot, Gong, or Litmos.
  • Awareness of common sales methodologies (Challenger, Sandler, Winning by Design, MEDDIC, or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree.

It is not an exhaustive list of all duties, tasks, or responsibilities that may be required.
