Job description

  • Design, develop, and deploy internal tools for automation and infrastructure.
  • Work in biweekly sprints within Agile methodology.

  • Hands-on coding in Java or Python for backend and infrastructure automation.
  • Build and deploy scalable AWS-based solutions (net new production software, not support).
  • Collaborate with teams in Dallas and Seattle to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and perform deep system-level technical analysis.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong programming experience in Java OR Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (broad exposure expected).
  • Proven ability to deploy/manage CloudFormation stacks (CDK preferred).
  • Solid SQL skills for data handling and integration.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
