As a Delivery Associate for Vision Drive, LLC, you will follow standard company procedures and safety requirements while delivering packages for our client, Amazon, in a timely and efficient manner.


The Delivery Associate role is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying of packages that weigh less than 20 lbs on average but may weigh up to 50-70 lbs.


Our delivery associates safely operate cargo vans, make up to 200 stops and walk up and down stairs as required to deliver Amazon packages to customers according to established procedures.

Compensation and Schedule


This is a seasonal delivery job, working as an employee and earning up to $20.75/hour as a Delivery Associate. PTO accrual starts on Day 1 of employment.


This seasonal position is expected to begin in late September 2026

Each week, you will have a stable schedule of 4 consecutive work days and 3 days off. Days are designed to be 10.5 hours long, including a 30-minute lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks.


You will receive paid training and continual support to help you succeed as a delivery driver during the Peak Season.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver license with a good driving record (Commercial driver license not required)
  • Must pass a motor vehicle record check
  • Must pass a drug screening test and other requirements/training
  • Availability to work weekends
  • Must be at least 21 years old to be covered by our auto insurance
  • A great attitude when dealing with coworkers and customers
  • Tech savvy: experienced with GPS and other smartphone-related applications
  • Minimum of High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • No delivery experience required but definitely welcomed
