Director of Digital Marketing
We are partnering with a fast-scaling, membership-driven consumer services brand operating across a national footprint. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to bring on a Director of Digital Marketing to lead strategy, performance, and accountability across their digital ecosystem.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving measurable growth, optimizing multi-channel performance, and managing agency partners at scale. Must have experience with membership and franchise / multi-location industries.
What You'll Do
  • Own the digital marketing strategy across paid media, performance channels, and customer acquisition
  • Lead and manage external agency partners across platforms (e.g., paid social, search, video), ensuring accountability and strong performance
  • Establish a structured test-and-learn environment to drive continuous optimization and growth
  • Translate campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership
  • Balance national strategy with localized execution across a multi-location business model
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align on growth priorities
  • Mentor and support internal team members, including marketing and technology functions

What We're Looking For
  • 7-10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong exposure to performance marketing and analytics
  • Experience managing agencies and holding partners accountable to KPIs and results
  • Deep understanding of paid media ecosystems (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube) and performance optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
