The Role

Direct Mail Marketing Manager (Campaign Execution)

Position Summary

We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of our direct mail campaigns within a structured, compliance-driven financial services environment.

This role is focused on the precise, end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes as our program continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-heavy work, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability.

This is not a project management role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels in the mechanics of campaign delivery and the discipline required in regulated marketing environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the execution of direct mail campaigns from setup through deployment, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and requirements
  • Manage campaign logistics, including trafficking, routing, and coordination across internal stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed copy reviews, proofing, and quality assurance across all materials to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams including finance, legal, and creative to facilitate approvals and maintain documentation
  • Interface with external mail vendors to support production, schedules, and delivery expectations
  • Monitor in-home delivery cadence and maintain visibility into campaign status at all stages
  • Support the maintenance and accuracy of the direct mail campaign calendar
  • Manage invoice routing, tracking, and reconciliation in partnership with finance
  • Maintain organized records of campaign documentation, approvals, and audit trails
  • Assist with inventory management, including tracking, forecasting needs, and coordinating print and supply orders

Support campaign reporting by ensuring underlying data and execution details are accurate and complete

  • You’re a great fit if you have:
  • What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in direct mail or marketing campaign execution, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong copyediting and proofreading skills with excellent grammar
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a structured environment
  • Familiarity with compliance and legal review processes in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear documentation and tracking systems
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within established processes
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with comfort supporting campaign performance tracking

  • Tools & Environment

  • Experience with campaign workflow tools (Monday.com preferred), tracking systems, and vendor platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking and reconciliation
  • Comfort using modern tools (including AI-assisted proofreading and QA) to support accuracy and efficiency

Why You’ll Love Working Here

This isn’t just a job, it’s a place to lead, grow, and thrive. If you believe in your skills and drive, we’ll provide the resources and support to help you succeed.

Benefits include:

  • Generous PTO and holiday schedule
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • Ongoing training (lunch & learns, financial and health webinars)
  • Team volunteer outings
