We're looking for a Manager, Campaign Quality Assurance to join our ever evolving SMB Merchant Lead Management team and help shape the future of global commerce. In this role, you will establish the quality standards that power successful merchant acquisition campaigns, ensuring small and medium-sized businesses connect seamlessly with the solutions that help them grow. Your leadership will directly influence campaign performance, customer experience, lead quality, and merchant conversion outcomes across multiple acquisition channels. Working closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and Analytics, you will help drive operational excellence, reduce risk, and create scalable processes that support Global Payments' mission of enabling commerce worldwide. What you'll own
  • Establish and scale a campaign quality framework that drives successful campaign launches, improves operational consistency, and enhances merchant acquisition outcomes across multiple product lines.
  • Own end-to-end campaign readiness and validation, ensuring customer journeys, lead routing, offer delivery, and acquisition experiences perform as intended to maximize conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality insights, identifying root causes, reducing campaign defects, accelerating issue resolution, and improving overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Influence cross-functional decision-making by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, Merchant Operations, Underwriting, and external vendors to strengthen campaign execution and business results.
  • Monitor and improve key performance outcomes, including lead quality, routing accuracy, speed-to-lead, underwriting submissions, boarded merchants, and customer experience metrics.

What you'll bring
  • 7+ years of experience in Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Operations, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or related disciplines.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional campaign launches and delivering measurable improvements in performance, quality, and customer outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, with the ability to optimize processes and ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insights to identify opportunities, drive improvements, and influence business decisions.
  • Ability to build alignment and drive results across diverse stakeholder groups, exercising leadership and influence regardless of reporting relationships.

It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience in payments, financial technology (fintech), software as a service (SaaS), merchant services, or SMB acquisition environments.
  • Experience with tools such as Marketo, Jira, BrowserStack, Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of merchant onboarding, underwriting processes, credit card processing, and payment workflows.
