Responsible for proactively managing, monitoring, evaluating, and updating the overall business plan to meet all volume, profit, and share objectives. They will be responsible for implementing our brand strategies and tactics with the customer by working closely with key decision makers and utilizing category management initiatives to drive consumer decision making.The position will require strong cross-functional leadership, financial acumen, customer interface skills, and strategic agility capabilities. Effectively navigating complex situations, and translating them into clear insights and actionable steps, is critical.This role is remote with Grand Rapids, Michigan being the preferred location.What you will do...CSL?s primary focus is to grow net sales, profit, and market share across Campbell?s Meals and Beverages portfolio, leveraging resources both internally and externally to effectively manage the responsibilities. Details outlined below:Lead the joint business planning process and annual strategic plans with the customerUtilize our e4 sales planning tool and customer systems to create optimal plans for the customerDevelop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans with the customerConduct post event analysis to evaluate promotional volume, consumption, profit, and spending results versus plan and leverage findings to maximize future promotional opportunitiesDevelop and lead accurate monthly forecasts to maximize supply chain efficiency by tracking shipments, consumption data, and inventory changes for our Meals and Beverage business at the customer.
