Marketing Associate (Ecommerce & Digital Marketing)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our ecommerce and digital marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across content, advertising, and data-driven optimization to improve performance across online platforms.

In this role, you'll help manage product listings, support paid media efforts, analyze performance data, and contribute to improving the overall customer experience across our website and marketplace channels.


Ecommerce & Listing Management
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and our website
  • Ensure listings are accurate, clear, and conversion-focused (images, descriptions, A+ content, SEO)
  • Maintain pricing accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Identify opportunities to improve product pages based on performance, feedback, and trends

Ad Campaign Support
  • Assist in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad visuals and copy
  • Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and support adjustments to improve results
  • Help turn high-performing organic and social content into paid advertising opportunities

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance across ecommerce, advertising, and website channels
  • Maintain dashboards and assist in generating weekly and monthly reports
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Support testing and experimentation by tracking performance before and after changes

Customer Experience & Platform Management
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages, reviews, and feedback
  • Identify recurring issues and help improve listings or processes to reduce returns and confusion
  • Assist with inventory coordination and ensure products are properly listed and available across platforms

Website & Marketing Support
  • Assist with website updates including banners, product pages, and promotional content
  • Support SEO efforts through optimized titles, descriptions, and image handling
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are properly reflected across all channels
  • Help identify and improve weak areas in content, visuals, and user experience
