Job Description
Position Summary
The Paid Social Assistant Manager will own and optimize paid social campaigns across four iconic mountains, varied Hotels, and lifestyle brands. This role will bridge creative instinct with performance data-driving bookings, sales, and brand love for the world's premier ski destination and our world-class hospitality portfolio. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, seasonal, and lifestyle-driven environment. This role reports to the Performance Marketing Manager.
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and launch paid social campaigns from the ground up for Aspen Collection and Aspen Snowmass, Limelight, The Little Nell, and The Nell New York, including recommending audience targeting, ad type and creative strategy, and conversion tracking.
  • Explore, test, and manage campaigns on new platforms for specific audiences including TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest, aiding in the reporting of each.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance-spend pacing, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.-and make real-time bid and budget adjustments to hit KPIs.
  • Build and refine audience strategies: prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting, and CRM-based segments tailored to skiers, luxury travelers, and resort shoppers.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariant creative tests; synthesize learnings into clear performance briefs and insights for the creative team.
  • Partner with Director of Guest Data & Customer Analytics to build, implement, and automate reporting dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and content teams to develop high-performing, data-backed creatives tailored to outdoor, luxury, and lifestyle audiences.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce and business unit marketing teams to align promotions, product performance, inventory, and messaging.
  • Act as the Meta Business Manager admin, managing user access, business settings, pixels, and integrations serving as the conduit between internal and external teams.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, betas, and emerging paid social trends, and trends in travel, outdoor recreation, and e-commerce to inform campaign, platform, and creative strategies.
  • Assist in coordinating with the Project Management team for creative deliverables, working within Asana, Airtable, and Figma.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating paid campaigns across other platforms, including Paid Search and Display.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or similar field
  • 1 year of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, retail e-commerce, hospitality and travel with agency experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Proven track record in Meta Ads Manager and at least one other platform (e.g., TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads) with experience in managing budgets.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Excel, or other digital reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills and can manage several stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Experience working in project management tools like Asana or Jira.
  • Experience working in creative organization tools such as Airtable and Figma.
  • Familiarity with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of creative best practices for short-form video, UGC, and influencer content.
  • Meta Blueprint or other platform certifications.

  • Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements
  • No adverse or hazardous conditions
  • Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)
