The Opportunity

The Marketing Campaign Manager plays a key role in driving customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, and growth initiatives for WOW! Business Services. This role serves as a strategic marketing partner to Sales, Product, Customer Support, and other internal teams, translating business objectives and customer insights into targeted, measurable marketing programs that accelerate revenue and strengthen the WOW! Business brand.

What You'll Do Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute integrated acquisition, nurture, retention, and upsell campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Develop campaign strategies that align marketing activity with sales objectives, revenue goals, and overall business priorities.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to develop and execute targeted direct mail, email, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver more relevant and personalized communications.
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, creative development, approvals, and execution to ensure programs launch accurately and on schedule.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and optimize programs to improve conversion, engagement, and revenue.
Customer Lifecycle, Retention & Growth
  • Serve as the primary marketing owner for customer lifecycle communications, including onboarding, engagement, retention, and upgrade initiatives.
  • Develop programs designed to strengthen customer loyalty, reduce churn, increase product adoption, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Identify opportunities to promote relevant products, services, upgrades, and additional solutions to existing customers.
  • Develop automated customer journeys and workflows that deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Support, and other teams to identify customer needs, address pain points, and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Use customer feedback and business insights to continuously improve lifecycle marketing strategies.
Demand Generation & Sales Enablement
  • Assist with demand generation programs that create awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.
  • Maintain and evolve acquisition and nurture email programs to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Support multiple sales channels by providing targeted campaigns, content, and tools that help sales teams convert prospects and grow existing accounts.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to identify opportunities for joint business planning and integrated marketing initiatives.
Data, Analytics & Optimization
  • Analyze campaign and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop performance reporting and clearly communicate campaign results, business impact, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Quantify the impact of marketing programs on customer acquisition, retention, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
  • Use data and customer insights to continually refine targeting, messaging, channels, and campaign strategies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For Minimum Required Education & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
  • Experience working with creative teams and/or agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in telecom, broadband, or consumer services a plus.
