Job Description
Digible, Inc. is looking for a Campaign Manager to join the team and manage/execute all aspects of our Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a skilled, highly motivated individual to join a growing start-up. The right candidate will use their knowledge in the digital media space to help us build the team, develop systems / processes, and continually push new innovative techniques.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build, optimize, review and report on paid search & social campaigns focused on achieving conversion driven results for our clients
  • Assist in data analysis and provide metrics based recommendations to internal teams and clients
  • Assist in establishing industry specific paid search best practices, guidelines, recommendations and objectives
  • Work collaboratively with teams to write compelling and effective copy for search campaigns
  • Define and maintain KPIs and benchmarks for clients
  • Monitor trends of paid search campaigns and analyze how they relate to cross-platform trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence and build workflow for the Paid Search team

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to translate objectives into actionable plans
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated, problem solver with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of paid media experience managing campaigns with Google, Bing, and facebook
  • Must be able to accurately set up conversion tracking to ensure attribution; specifically call and form submission tracking
  • Proven track record in operating with a high level of energy, commitment, and enthusiasm to take on a challenging role with cross-functional commitments
