Job description

Position title: Maintenance Management Specialist (Mid/Senior)

Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina

Clearance required: SECRET

Scope: Run the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization - from ERO to readiness reporting.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC.
  • Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle.
  • Monitor deadline reports and parts-on-order status.
  • Run calibration/modification control and analyze readiness metrics.
  • 4 - 8+ years in maintenance management / production control.
  • GCSS-MC maintenance module experience (power-user level for leads).
  • Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • USMC maintenance management background.
