Ce poste est principalement responsable de tout ou partie de l’injection de tous les différents types de matrices de coureurs et de l’inspection des accessoires injectés à la cire. S’assure que tout ou partie de l’inspection et de l’injection des accessoires injectés de cire sont effectuées comme demandé et selon les procédures de l’entreprise.

  • Effectue l’injection répétitive et le contrôle de la matrice de la filière de cire avec une matrice et analyse des résultats
  • Effectue l’inspection de tous les accessoires injectés de cire et prend la décision responsable d’accepter, de réparer ou de mettre au rebut la pièce selon les instructions documentées
  • Suit le protocole établi pour la notification des écarts potentiels ou des tendances de la ferraille
  • Maintient le stock nécessaire de matériaux pour la zone afin de maximiser la productivité
  • Doit porter une attention particulière aux détails
  • Configure et entretient les petits appareils au besoin pour effectuer des activités spécifiques
  • Tient à jour les fichiers définis pour les rebuts et toute autre documentation requise
  • S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées
  • Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise
