A day in the life...

As the Hart's Camp front desk, you will be responsible for welcoming our guests to our beautiful RV Resort on the Oregon Coast while giving an everlasting great first impression.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Work with your guest services and reservations department teams to ensure the details of each guest reservation are executed, correspond with guests for their arrival, welcome guests, and coordinate stay needs and departure.
  • Receive Guest requests and communicate in an effective manner.
  • Ensure the details of guest requests are delivered as requested and promised.
  • Assist Guests with all rental requests, including bikes, sandboards, golf items, beach wagons, etc.
  • Check inventory on gear and communicate with guest sabout the items we have available.
  • Maintain an organized daily log of rented and returned amenities.
  • Ensure all guests are signing liability waivers before any gear is rented.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain the Gear Shop daily. Wipe down bikes, sanitize helmets, clean putters & balls, remove sand from wagons and beach chairs.
  • Coordinate with the Supervisor or Manager on any rentals that have not been returned within the rental period.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information regarding rentals, explaining rules, and answering questions about the park and surrounding areas.
  • Utilize the following technology systems, such as Alice and Smart Waiver.
  • Perform any other additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Be able to identify when they need assistance with a task and ask for it kindly.?
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Be flexible with work schedules, including weekends.
  • Promote a fun atmosphere for guests in encouraging participating in Resort and Beach activities.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm & courteous, and ability to connect with them.
