As aRetail Worker,you willcreate a fun, welcoming environment while engaging guests with personalized sales recommendations and take ownership of merchandise presentation, inventory, and overall operational excellence. Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS

  • Provide an exciting, positive, and fun environment for our diverse team & fan base

  • Greet guests &ascertaintheir interest, so you may make sales recommendations

  • Create an exciting, positive, and welcoming environment for our diverse team and fan base

  • Warmly greet guests, assess their needs, and confidently make personalized sales recommendations

  • Take ownership of cleaning, restocking, and other assigned duties tomaintaina high standard of appearance and readiness

  • Promote merchandise by suggesting complementary and add-on items to maximize sales

  • Clearly explain product features, benefits, and proper use to enhance the guest experience

  • Maintain organized merchandise displays,accurateinventory counts, andassistwith inventory management as needed

  • Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.

  • Maintaina pleasant and collaborative attitude towards customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary starting at$17/hourcommensuratewith experience.
