As part of our continued growth, we are building a dedicated Imaging Division focused on the repair and rewire of endoscope components. We seek a skilledย CCD Camera Technician to join our team, contributing directly to the hands-on work required to meet our ambitious production and quality goals.

  6. Production Targets & Process Improvement
    • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas.
    • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and improve throughput.
Key Objectives
  • Achieve monthly production goals for the CCD Division.
  • Ensure all completed assemblies meet ENDOCORPโ€™s quality benchmarks, minimizing rework or returns.
  • Support process improvements that reduce turnaround times and increase efficiency

Qualifications
  • Education:
    • Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
    • Vocational or technical training in electronic assembly or microelectronics.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in fine-gauge wire harness assembly in a production environment.
    • Working under microscope for full shift using fine eye-motor skills
    • Skilled in soldering, crimping, and using precision assembly tools.
    • Experience with PCB rework or repair is recommended.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong grasp of electrical systems, connectors, and wire types.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
    • Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.
