We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. You do not need experience in every technology we install. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn, we'll teach you the technical side.
Whether your background is in construction, low voltage, security systems, telecom, maintenance, IT, mechanical trades, or another hands-on field, we'd like to talk to you.
This is a full-time, field-based position working alongside experienced technicians on commercial technology projects throughout Texas.
What You'll do:
As part of our team, you'll help install:
  • Audio/Video systems
  • Large displays and projectors
  • Security camera systems
  • Access control systems
  • Structured cabling and network infrastructure

  • Show up on time and keep your commitments
  • Enjoy building, fixing, or figuring things out
  • Like learning new skills
  • Work well with others
  • Stay positive when plans change
  • Take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Enjoy working with your hands and seeing the results of your work

This Is Not a Desk Job
You'll spend your days:
  • Working with tools
  • Installing technology systems
  • Climbing ladders
  • Pulling cable
  • Moving equipment
  • Working on active construction and commercial job sites
  • Being on your feet throughout much of the day

Travel Requirements
  • Travel is required approximately 30% of the time
  • Company vehicles provided for all work-related travel
  • Per-diem is provided for eligible overnight stays

Experience We Value
Experience in any of the following areas is helpful, but not required:
  • Audio/video installation
  • Security systems
  • Access control
  • Structured cabling
  • Telecommunications
  • Electrical work
  • Construction trades
  • Maintenance or mechanical work
  • IT field support

We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
What You'll Learn
  • Audio/video technology
  • Security and access control systems
  • Network cabling and infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Professional installation practices
  • Customer service and project coordination

Why join us
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Opportunities for advancement
  • Ongoing training and skill development
  • Diverse and interesting projects
  • Stable, growing company
  • Supportive team environment
  • Opportunity to build a long-term career in technology

Requirements
