Responsibilities

  • Set up and change over CNC machines for various production runs.
  • Utilize GD&T principles to interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform troubleshooting on CNC machines and tooling to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct precision measurements using hand metrology tools to verify part quality.
  • Assist in manual machining tasks as needed to support production goals.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize CNC programming and machine setups.
