Job description

You’ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You want to make an impact, not just manage projects, but change how the world gets built. At Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects, you’ll do exactly that. You’ll help develop and deliver the factories, grids, transit systems, and public infrastructure that keep communities moving - and do it smarter, safer, and more sustainably than ever before.

You’ll work alongside people who think big and act bold - project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists who blend real-world experience with digital innovation and AI. Together, we’re transforming how capital projects are planned, managed, and executed, creating a better way to build for the future.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.

THE WORK:
  • You’ll provide inspection and quality assurance on highway and roadway construction projects.
  • You’ll determine if completed work follows the plans and specifications.
  • You’ll coordinate work with the contractor and various public utilities agencies.
  • You’ll maintain the records and reports related to the project.
  • You’ll coordinate directly with the general contractor and negotiate change orders.
  • You’ll assist in inspections to assure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and special provisions on all phases of structural construction such as bridges, foundations, walls, falsework, shoring, and drainage structures.
  • You’ll make or support grade, alignment, quantity, falsework, and shoring calculations.
  • You’ll assist in the preparation of contract change orders, contract estimates, progress pay estimates, and other documents or reports required for the project. Coordinate the sampling and testing of construction materials to monitor compliance with contract specifications.
  • You’ll monitor and track contractor progress, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • You’ll coordinate with the project team, as well as the Construction Staking and Material Testing CMCs
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$180,000 - $300,000 a year
