Job Description:
  • We are looking for an experienced SAP Commissions (Callidus) Developer to support the design, configuration, and development of incentive compensation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP Callidus configuration, PL/SQL development, and data integration, along with the ability to support reporting and workflow automation.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain SAP Commissions (Callidus) compensation plans and rules.
  • Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures for data integration and ETL processes.
  • Integrate data between SAP Callidus and database systems.
  • Create and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting.
  • Develop Unix shell scripts to automate recurring processes and system tasks.
  • Support workflow configuration and organizational data integration within SAP Commissions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy across compensation processes.

Experience:
  • Strong experience with SAP Commissions / SAP Callidus.
  • Good hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
  • Knowledge of SAP HANA.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports development.
  • Understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Experience working with API integrations.
  • Exposure to sales incentive or compensation management systems.
