Coastal Health is seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Representative to support our primary care offices. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience by providing accurate information, scheduling appointments, and directing calls appropriately. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Route calls to appropriate departments, providers, or staff
  • Provide general information about services, office locations, and policies
  • Verify patient information and update records in the system
  • Handle patient concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
  • Document call details accurately in the system

Qualifications:
