Sales Enablement & Performance Coach

Jetson Home

Centennial, CO โ€ข On-site

Full-time

Job description

About Jetson
Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100 million homes across North America away from fossil fuels toward sustainable energy use. We believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.
Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, yet adoption of solutions like heat pumps remains slow due to cost and complexity. Jetson is solving this by building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company - making clean energy simple, transparent, and affordable.
We rely heavily on technology, automation, and data to scale this impact. At Jetson, we value people who are excellent at their craft, curious about new tools (including AI), and motivated to continuously improve how work gets done.
The Opportunity
Jetson is redefining home electrification and services through technology, data, and automation. We're a fast-growing, tech-forward company building smarter systems to deliver a better customer experience at scale.
We're looking for a Sales Enablement & Performance Coach to build the capability behind our sales team's performance. Our reps are motivated and our lead flow is strong - what we need now is someone who can turn that raw potential into consistent, repeatable results. You'll design the systems, deliver the training, and work alongside managers to develop every rep on the team.
You'll own how we onboard new hires, what skills we develop, and how we coach toward higher conversion. You'll also help our managers become better coaches themselves.
If you've sold home services or HVAC in a high-volume inside sales environment, you already understand the stakes of every call. Now you get to use that experience to multiply results across an entire team.
What You Will Do:
  • The Sales Enablement & Performance Coach is responsible for building and continuously improving the skills, knowledge, and performance of our inside sales team.
  • Designing and delivering training programs, onboarding new reps effectively, and providing ongoing coaching that drives measurable improvement in conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain the sales playbook covering talk tracks, objection handling, pricing conversations, and closing techniques tailored to home services sales.
  • Build and manage a content library of job aids, call guides, competitive positioning, and product knowledge resources accessible to all reps.
  • Identify gaps in the sales process and partner with leadership to implement solutions that improve conversion per call.
  • Analyze call recordings, CRM data, and sales metrics to surface coaching opportunities and track progrem
  • Partner with sales and RevOps leadership to identify and help implement technology to accelerate the enablement and performance of every rep, including AI tools and insights.
  • Design and continuously refine a structured onboarding program that gets new reps to full productivity quickly.
  • Deliver onboarding training sessions covering product knowledge, systems and tools, and selling skills.
  • Partner with sales managers to ensure a consistent ramp experience and clear milestone checkpoints for new hires.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and update materials as products, pricing, or processes change or new technologies are introduced.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing training programs - including group sessions, workshops, and self-paced modules - focused on skills development and sales technique.
  • Translate call data, performance trends, and manager feedback into targeted training interventions.
  • Stay current on inside sales best practices, home services trends, and HVAC-specific sales dynamics to keep training content relevant.
  • Track training completion, engagement, and outcomes; report results to leadership regularly
  • Review recorded calls to provide structured, behavioral feedback to reps in partnership with their managers.
  • Support sales managers in developing their own coaching capabilities - including how to run effective 1:1s, deliver feedback, and use data to guide development conversations.
  • Facilitate group call review, role playing and team calibration sessions to build shared standards across the team.
  • Act as a resource and thought partner for managers when working through rep performance challenges.
What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or a similar L&D role focused on sales teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in an inside sales environment - ideally home services, field services, or a high-volume inbound/outbound model.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage and hold the attention of experienced salespeople.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and call recordings to identify coaching opportunities.
  • Track record of designing training programs that produce measurable improvement in performance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build trust and credibility with both frontline reps and sales leaders.
  • Prior experience selling HVAC or similar home services. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot) and call recording tools (Gong). (preferred)
  • Experience coaching or managing salespeople directly before transitioning into an enablement role. (preferred)
