Job description

Role Overview

Sirva is looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our newly created Consumer Sales Contact Center team. This position is accountable for supervising a team of inbound/outbound sales associates that are actively selling Sirva's consumer relocation customers for the signature moves and home benefits suite of services and packages. As the Consumer Sales Contact Center Team Lead you will drive sales performance, ensure excellent customer experience, and support employee development through coaching, monitoring, and performance management.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Supervise a team of contact center sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and team huddles.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management. Support onboarding and training of new hires. Implement strategies to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.

Reporting analysis and KPI tracking.

Monitor call quality and ensure adherence to scripts, compliance, and brand standards. Complete day-to-day administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Salary Range: $58,000-$72,500 USD
