Schedule: Monday - Friday|12:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
Full-Time|$15.50-$16.50/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do
Every day is rewarding, busy, and focused on helping patients access timely care. In this role, you will:
  • Answer inbound calls from patients and physician offices with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Schedule radiology appointments while maximizing appointment availability and following established scheduling guidelines.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while speaking with patients, documenting conversations, and verifying patient information.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience by actively listening, answering questions, setting clear expectations, and following through on commitments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient information is complete and up to date.
  • Resolve routine concerns and appropriately escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily goals while maintaining quality, productivity, attendance, and customer service expectations.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
