TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking a Sales amp; Customer Experience Manager to lead our inside sales and customer experience team. This role is ideal for a leader who understands how to convert inbound leads into booked business, coach employees to higher performance, and drive accountability through strong processes and KPI management.
As a member of our leadership team, you'll directly influence revenue growth, customer satisfaction, employee development, and overall business success.
What You'll Do
Lead amp; Develop the Team
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10 sales and customer service professionals
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and call coaching sessions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, growth, and exceptional customer service
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Drive Sales Performance
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics, including lead conversion, booking rates, speed-to-lead, revenue per opportunity, and customer retention
  • Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure team adherence to sales processes and customer experience standards
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead quality and customer satisfaction
Operational Leadership
  • Develop and maintain sales reporting and performance dashboards
  • Present department results to ownership and leadership
  • Establish goals, incentives, and performance expectations
  • Support networking, referral partnerships, and community outreach efforts
