Our Reading area client is seeking Call Center Representatives to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position! This is a direct hire opportunity!

Call Center Representative

Pay: $17.00/hour

Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, and more

Shift: 1st Shift – 8-4:30 during training, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm after training

Location: Reading, PA

 

Responsibilities of the Call Center Representative:

  • Resolve customer issues and requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Communicate clearly and concisely
  • Achieve customer satisfaction on all customer inquiries across multiple communication channels
  • Strive for first contact resolution

Qualifications of the Call Center Representative:

  • Attendance is crucial in this role. You must be able to attend work during your scheduled shifts.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Basic computer and keyboard skills
  • Basic math skills
