We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Make outbound calls when required for follow-ups or customer service.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
