Our team works closely with referring offices and strives to accommodate same-day emergencies. We are currently seeking a Senior Call Centre Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality patient care.

As a Senior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for managing and responding to incoming calls from patients, referring offices, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in providing a positive and professional experience for all callers and ensuring that their needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries from patients, referring offices, and other stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect necessary information from patients
  • Provide accurate information and instructions to callers regarding appointments, procedures, and follow-up care
